Special Forces Yarborough Knife

The Special Forces Yarbrough Knife is a combat knife authorized for graduates of the U.S. Army Special Forces Qualification Course at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Any purchase must be for an 18 Series Qualified soldier in good standing, and in order to fully confirm this, we must obtain documentation. We need at least one document that shows the recipient is Special Forces qualified. If you're an SFA member already, you have been vetted, and only need your SFA number. However, any non-SFA member must include at least valid document of proof. These can include a Special Forces Diploma or SF Tab Orders, and/or a DD-214 that has SF Tab listed. Just one qualifying document is necessary.

At the bottom of this page is an area for the purchaser to upload verifying documentation of their 18 Series Qualification, as well as the Privacy_Act_Statement_Waiver, which is used to verify all documents through the JFK Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg, NC. These documents can be either PDF or JPG image file.

Below are three authorized categories of purchasers:

• An 18 Series Qualified SFA Member
• Must Include SFA Member Number
• Must Include Signed Privacy Act Statement
  
  
• An 18 Series Qualified Graduate who is not an SFA member
• Must Include Special Forces Diploma or SF Tab Orders, and/or a DD-214 that has SF Tab listed (at least one document of proof)
  
• Must Include a Current Driver's License
• Must Include Signed Privacy Act Statement
  
  
• A Gift Purchase for an 18 Series Qualified Graduate (special vetting will apply)
• Must First be Approved by the SFA Executive Director - email executivedirector@sfanbo.org
• Must Include Special Forces Diploma or SF Tab Orders, and/or a DD-214 that has SF Tab listed of the 18 Series soldier receiving the knife (at least one document of proof)
  
• Must Include a Current Driver's License of the 18 Series soldier receiving the knife
• Must Include Signed Privacy Act Statement, signed by the 18 Series soldier receiving the knife

A Privacy_Act_Statement_Waiver is required for all purchases in order to confirm the documents are valid.
